Returns/Exchanges and Lost or Stolen Packages
Exchanges are not accepted at this time unless for circumstances indicated below. Please see below criteria for eligibility.

Returns/Exchanges are accepted ONLY if the item is defective. Please Note: We inspect all items for quality prior to packaging.
If the item you received is defective, please provide us an email that includes a picture of the defective item (clearly showing the defect) where indicated in the form within 4 days of when the item(s) were received. We will then determine if the item is eligible for exchange by responding to the email within 48 business hours with a return confirmation number. We are in no way responsible for return shipping costs or duty fees. Upon reception, inspection, and approval of the returned item, we will then process the return/exchange. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the replacement item is shipped. Once an order is placed and processed, no further changes can be made to that order.
Please notify customer service at email@example.com before shipping out the item. The physical item must be shipped out to us within 4 days of the initial purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all original tags intact, bags, and free of any defects.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
FOURYOU™ is not responsible for your lost, stolen or misplaced packages. If the address you provided upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not responsible for any reason for your package. Lost, stolen or misplaced packages are nonrefundable.
